Virtual Piloga Classes

A 1hr group session giving a total body workout incorporating the core strength and control of Pilates and the flexibility and dynamics of Yoga. These classes are designed to build strength of muscles without bulk and to give flexibility and mobility to the body. Exercises can be modified to suit all levels of participants to give maximum results towards a fit lean body.

Class Timetable

10.00am – 11.00am
6.00pm – 7.00pm 

6.00pm – 7.00pm 

The doors to the virtual studio will be open 10 minutes before and after the class for questions, feedback and general chat.

Investment: £7 per class

Classes will be conducted via Zoom.

How to book

  • Select a date from the calendar, then a time.
  • Press BOOK NOW.
  • NOTE: The calendar may not appear properly if you have not agreed to the privacy and cookies policy.
  • Your selected class will be added to your basket.
  • You can book as many classes as you like. When you have booked all your classes press CHECKOUT.
  • Fill in your details and review your order. Press PLACE ORDER and follow the payment instructions.
  • You do not need a paypal account to pay. If it diverts you to paypal, just pay as guest.

How to Join your class

You will be sent an email with details of all the classes that you have booked. Each class will have a link like this:

When it is time to join your class click on the JOIN VIA APP part of the link.

Click ALLOW. Click JOIN WITH COMPUTER AUDIO. You may have to turn on your camara on to get a picture.

More about Zoom

Getting Started:

  • You will need to download the Zoom App to atttend a Piloga Fitness Virtual class.
  • You will be prompted to download the app once you have clicked on the link in the booking email.
  • You will need a computer or device with a webcam and microphone to participate in a Piloga virtual class.

How to Download Zoom

Step 1:
Click on the link provided in the email or go to

Step 2:
Under the RESOURCES tab click on DOWNLOAD ZOOM CLIENT Follow the prompts to download the correct Zoom desktop client for your computer and operating system.

Step 3:
Your Zoom Desktop Client will download. You will then need to install the client. Note that you may also download clients for IOS and Android devices.

Step 4:
Once you have downloaded the desktop client, you can now join the meeting. You may have to click on the link again in the email to connect to the meeting, once you have installed the client. The Zoom desktop icon looks like the one at the top.

Release, Relax and Rejuvenate

A workshop designed to help you unwind and release any unwanted stress, relax and let go of tension and rejuvenate every aspect of your being. We will be releasing fascia and tension with special Myofascial Release balls, increasing flexibility with gentle yoga based stretching, strengthening with invigorating Pilates and yoga based exercises and relaxing with guided meditation. So, come and join me for a couple of hours of me time and re-energise your body, mind and spirit.
